To get to this outcome I’ve been using the dynamic prompting technique. That means when figuring out this prompt I was adding to the prompt little by little, and just making smaller adjustments as I go.

Our starting point: a Basic Midjourney Prompt
If we start simple, “Darth Vader helmet made of solid gold” we get something like the image above. But we want it to be dripping and look more like its melting.
We are getting a little bit closer, now let’s see if we can use some keywords that I know might have an overall effect on the output.
“[Your character here] helmet made of solid [material here], dripping with melting [material here], intricate, elegant, photorealistic, studio lighting, [color/vibe] background, 8k”You can then play around with your Midjourney parameters.
—style raw = Either you add this or you don’t ( this makes the model have LESS artistic interpretation and you have more prompting control ).
—s 0-1000 = You can use a higher or lower value here to get more or less artistic interpretation from the model.
—ar 1:1 = Play around with the aspect ratios, if you want to create smart phone wallpapers, these are the most common aspect ratios.
Most common smartphones aspect ratios right now are: 16:9, 18:9, 19:9 and 19.5:9.
So for example if we want to make Darth Vader backgrounds for iPhone 14 we do this:
Darth Vader helmet made of solid gold, dripping with melting gold, intricate, elegant, photorealistic, studio lighting, dark background, 8k, --s 500 --ar 90:1959:19.5 is not possible in Midjourney, so we need to add a decimal, 90:195 and you’ll get the correct screen proportions.
Alright, now we can create a whole array of images using this base prompt.
“[Your character here] helmet made of solid [material here], dripping with melting [material here], intricate, elegant, photorealistic, studio lighting, [color/vibe] background, 8k”I compiled some inspiration for you.
